JASON LEE
Managing Director
Mr. Jason Lee is Co-Founder and Managing Director of Community Improvement Capital, LLC.
He also is the Founder and Chief Credit Adviser of Capital Link, LLC, a boutique banking and treasury advisory firm, focused on government supported credit programs.
Mr. Lee has been active in the commercial banking industry for the past 30 years, with Bank of America / Merrill Lynch - Global Commercial Banking, and Citibank – Commercial Markets Group. He also served as President of Banking and Treasury Advisory Group, LLC, a treasury advisory firm for lower mid-market companies.
He is a graduate of University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business. He currently serves as Chair of California-Pacific United Methodist Foundation.
J ROBERT MOTOSHIGE
Managing Director
Mr. J Robert Motoshige Co-Founder and Managing Director of Community Improvement Capital, LLC.
Mr. Motoshige has been involved in Capital Markets for over 30 years, working for several investment banks and allocating capital to hedge funds. Motoshige began his career as a bond trader for Morgan Stanley in Tokyo and London, and later was Head of Hedge Fund Sales for Asia at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, where he covered the most sophisticated global fixed income investors, including hedge funds, central banks, and sovereign wealth funds. In his latest role, Motoshige ran a portfolio of fixed income hedge funds at PAAMCO, a fund of funds. There he was responsible for manager selection and portfolio construction within fixed income relative value, macro, and mortgage strategy. He was responsible for the creating of certain structured products at the firm.
Motoshige has lived and worked on four continents and speaks Japanese, Spanish, Italian, and English.

Motoshige holds an MBA from University of California , Irvine, and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Stanford University.
